This development is a crèche/child care nursery facility of new build internal area of 410msq. MDM has been involved in all stages of this development as retained consultants in planning and design.

Howth Yacht Club

The principals of McMahon Design & Management Ltd. have been involved in the planning, design and on-going development of the 220-berth marina, clubhouse and ancillary facilities at Howth Harbour on behalf of Howth Yacht Club since 1982. They were involved in the original marina, the Feasibility Study for the Clubhouse and subsequently for the structural design of the building.

They have also been involved in the Dinghy Slip, the Crane Deck and the new Boat Deck structure. They were also responsible for the planning, design and construction supervision of the recently-completed 45-berth extension to Howth Marina.

The Company is currently responsible for the Civil and Structural Design of a major £1.4m extension to the clubhouse.
